Description: An Edmonton Film Society film on the Kiddies Corner, an area dedicated to children in a civic park (possibly Pymmes Park). Amongst the entertainments available are a narrow gauge railway, the 'Santa Fe Explorer' (a passenger carrying motor vehicle disguised as an American train), some amusement rides including a merry go round and swings, a children's talent competition, the Kiddies Corner stage show featuring a ventriloquist and a magician, pony rides, caged budgies, a pony and cart and dancing to a band. The film concludes at a children's playground elsewhere, adjacent to a railway line and Brimsdown Power Station with its tall cooling towers. A man performs a magic show while wearing a fez.
