Description: A group of dignitaries follow a Mayoral party led by the macebearer, Mayor and Mayoress as the Mayor participates in some formal opening ceremonies for new buildings. The first ceremony features a large gathering in a local restaurant, where guests assemble outside, taking their seats inside to await the arrival of the Mayor, special guests and dignitaries. Later, a large crowd watches the Mayor lay a foundation stone for a local building, before the third clip sees him perform an official 'unlocking' ceremony.
