We see his hands filling filling the kettle with water, a third hand appears from his shirt and was it's finger. He pours water on it and it retreats into his shirt.

From over his shoulder, we see hime finish his beans and pushes the dish away and starts to read a book. The third hand appears and points to the text on the pages. The man closes the book, puts it aside and place his hands on his stomach with the third hand above them.

We see him washing his hands but there are now 4 hands(!)

We see 4 hands holding bedding; shot of him in bed looking for his extra hands but he cannot see them . He looks happy but then then turns to shock when he see feet at bottom of bed, playing with each other.
