Description: The film opens with a daytime shot of a typical seaside scene with children and donkeys on a beach. Followed by shots of a church (unknown) and then moves on to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Next we see riverside buildings including warehouses and cranes as well as badly damaged buildings situated near the Tower of London. Next we move to Upper Regent Street with the BBC Broadcasting House and All Souls, Langham Place in the distance. Followed by damaged buildings, location unknown. Then we move to bomb sites and bombed out buildings surrounding St Paul's Cathedral; the front of St Paul's with buses and traffic. Then we cut to Big Ben with the clock showing 15.45 and see traffic around Parliament Square, a shot of Victoria Tower with a flog flying. View of Houses of Parliament from Westminster Bridge followed by a shots of the Thames upstream, Lambeth Palace, also from the bridge and two steam tugboats lowering their funnels to go under the bridge. View of the Houses of Parliament probably from the Albert Embankment followed by a shot of Albert Embankment.
