Further information: Rainbow Youth Club (East End Mission) Stepney Central Hall, 577 Commercial Rd was operating as a cinema from around 1912 until it closed in 1943 and reverted back to it's original use as a Mission Hall. The Hall was first built in 1907 and the architect was James Weir. The film is of the Rainbow Youth Club for teenagers.
