Summary: A short documentary about the Pinner Arts Society, the services they provide and their move to a new home.
All shot in Harrow this film shows children and adults engaging in creative activities and the Arts centre's old and new buildings.

Live action shots of activities, children drama class, art class, people of different ages doing still life painting. Groups of people enjoying a cup of time. A children's music class and a craft party is featured. An audience watch children perform a drama. New location of the Arts Centre at Hatch End in the site of the Commercial Travellers school (listed building Grade II). Entrance to Elliott Hall main building is seen. Janet Davis, employee is featured walking into Elliott Hall and the Chair John Teather of Harrow Arts Council. Interior of employees working in the Administration office, and a possible tour to the public is taking place. Views of original classrooms and Science lab in the Commercial Travellers School. A sign outside the building states 'Harrow Arts Centre 'moving here in July 1988'. Construction and decorating work is featured on the site. Interior of Elliott Hall is featured, Exterior shots of the site and we move to a removal van is moving items and a piano out of the old property, volunteers can be seen helping with the move. Removal van is seen leaving towards the new property. A group look at the plans outside the new building as items are moved in. A group can be seen rehearsing a dance in Medieval costume. A sign 'Open Day 23 July 1988' with people arriving and being greeted at the day. Events include a Sculpture show and an architectural of a Sainsburys store which is opening adjacent to the arts centre. Community arts show featuring marquetery, flowers of may country dancing group, paintings. Final shot of Harrow Arts Centre sign and title graphic 'At your service'.
