We see a street sign reading Nower Hill and cut to a suburban house. Cars arrive outside and a man emerges from one smoking a pipe. Then van arrives, on the side it reads 'Ickenham Nurseries' and carrying more people. The group go into the house. We cut to interior and then the group of men and women move to the back garden and stack chairs.
Back in the front garden, the group transport items from the house and garden into the van. One man climbs in the back of the van and they drive off. The van travels through suburban roads. We see a shot of a train passing.
At their destination, they open the boot of the car and the man comes out. The group unpack at Pinner Hall London Borough of Harrow.

We see two modern panelled buildings, one larger and one smaller. People move furniture and a trolly with books into the larger building. We see a sign for Civic Centre Visitors Carpark. Outside of the new council building, we see a man sat with pretending to fish in a small man-made pond.
TC: Santa Visits Pinner
We see a shot of a reindeer sculpture, and then of an enormous Christmas cracker sculpture. We then see that these decorations are on the back of a truck, and that a man dressed as Santa is standing on the back.
The truck drives round the roundabout and into the busy town centre. Here, we see a shot of a church and of a large Christmas tree. Santa is now on the street, adults and children stop to say hello.
Santa and people dressed in red capes and white top-hats are stood by the large Christmas tree and a stall which has a sign on it reading 'Pinner Roundtable'. The people wearing white top-hats are collecting money.
A large group of people wearing red capes and white top-hats carry a rocking horse on a sled onto the street. We see children sitting on the horse to have their picture taken with Santa.
We see a sign reading Mount Vernon Hospital.
Santa returns to the back of the van with the large cracker on it and waves again, while the men carry the rocking horse into a building and few children follow them in.
TC: Harrow Festival
We see a sign reading 'The World's Smallest Cinema on Wheels'.
There are three people talking on the street by a zebra crossing, one wearing a top-hat. The cinema is in a converted routemaster bus, and we see members of the public go inside.
Outside in a public green space, we see two young girls morris dancing.
A shot of some flowers
We now see a sign on the converted routemaster reading 'the inter-action fun art bus'. People are playing music outside.
We cut back to what is now a large group of morris dancers. One is holding a deer head.
Cutting back to the bus. People are playing music and a group is gathered. People emerge from the fun bus. There is more footage of people dancing in green space.
