Description: Segment 1 A young boy with unilateral subluxation of cervical spine following removal of tontils and adenoids is shown moving his head very slowly. An x-ray of the neck area is shown. The patient is shown trying to look upwards, but his movement is restricted. The intertitles describe what treatment he received: 'manipulation under general anaesthesia', and how this treatment was successful. The second patient's history is given. This male fell backwards, striking the back of his neck and raising a bump. An x-ray is shown. The manipulation of the neck is shown, with the patient under general anaesthetic.
