Description: Segment 1 The intertitles explain that the exercises shown in the film are for relaxation and strengthening of the spine. The first is 'lateral bending with large sweeping movements'. Four people are shown in a crawling position, moving around in a synchronised fashion. Two children are shown doing the same exercise. The next exercises are 'strengthening and torsion', and five people are seen in the same circle formation, moving around on the floor. The exercise is also shown filmed from above. Some topless women perform the exercise, also shown from above. The next exercise is for 'correction of Kypho-Lordosis', a type of spine curvature. Four topless women move in a circle, with their arms outstretched and touching the floor. Next, a similar exercise is performed but with the elbows bent to exercise the thorax. This is shown directly from above. Time start: 00:00:00:00 Time end: 00:05:30:18 Length: 00:05:30:18 Segment 2 Next is a demonstration of various exercises to improve the carriage.
