Description: This film looks at the ways in which the organisation helps disabled people by providing housing and work for those with all different kinds of impairments. The film looks at the various houses run by the association and the flower making that has traditionally been the mainstay of the association to provide employment for the residents. Some elderly residents are interviewed. Richard Baker is the narrator and features at the start and end of the film.
