Summary: A concert to commemmorate the Shoah is held at the Vatican By Pope John Paul II and performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on the 7th April 1994 with the choir of the St Peters Basilica and the Academia Filimonica Romana.

Gilbert Levine is featured with guest, Richard Dreyfuss, who narrates an excerpt in Hebrew, from Leonard Bernsteins third symphony. The Pope gives a speech at the end of the concert. There is a British voiceover.
