Description: There are two titles for the film; the first reads “The Dayholme Film unit presents”, and the second “In Festive Mood”. The first scene is of a park grounds, there are parked cars parked and pavilion buildings adorned with bunting around the outside of the grass. On the grass are a number of stalls with people wandering between them. Young and old take part in the games on the stalls and groups chat amongst themselves. A number of races are taking place on a temporary race track. These include the egg and spoon and wheel barrow race and both children and adults take part. Groups of families and friends relax in deckchairs or sit outside the pavilion eating and drinking the afternoon cakes and tea and talking and smiling.
