Children are playing some kind of game with miniature cars and people are playing other games where they catch balls with small nets. There is a brief shot of 2 men playing a bowling game. There is a carousel and swings and we see a 'Whiskey' sign and flags of the world and lots of bunting with people milling around. People are sitting on chairs at tables. A smartly dressed woman in a floral grey dress and black gloves attaches a note to a balloon and releases it. The red balloon disappears into the sky. The film finishes with a crowd of people throwing darts.
