Description: We open with a fairground scene with a large crowd wearing 50's fashion. The women are mostly wearing floral dresses and men are wearing shirts and slacks and children are running around. There is a sign advertising a free raffle and guess the weight. We see another sign saying 'Rotary Club of Edmonton' and a girl riding a horse and a shot of the 'Halliwick Fete Programme'. The camera pans across a large crowd with bunting and tents in the background. Children are playing some kind of game with miniature cars and people are playing other games where they catch balls with small nets. There is a brief shot of 2 men playing a bowling game. There is a carousel and swings and we see a 'Whiskey' sign and flags of the world and lots of bunting with people milling around. People are sitting on chairs at tables. A smartly dressed woman in a floral grey dress and black gloves attaches a note to a balloon and releases it. The red balloon disappears into the sky. The film finishes with a crowd of people throwing darts.
