WNTS; boys at summer camp; cutting bread; peeling potatoes; running into the sea; swimming; rowing and sailing on the Broads. Boys Garden City; boys running towards camera; hoeing in the field; boy in piggery; boy with chickens. RCNS; boys in uniform marching along beach carrying Union Jack. WBTS; the Prince of Wales receives gifts from the boys; takes the salute as boys march past; visits the Swan Hotel dugout; unveils the William Baker Memorial Plaque at main entrance. Label states 'promotional film for Canada.' A note in the can indicates that the original film was nitrate c.1918-1920.
